About JET Event Rentals
Short version: we are an exhibit house that owns its furniture, not a catalog that subcontracts everything around it. That order matters more than it sounds like it does.
Where this comes from
JET Event Rentals is the furniture, decor and lighting side of JET The Agency, a full-service exhibit house and corporate event production company. Headquarters and warehouse in Las Vegas, office in New York. Founded and still run by Jay Castellano, who estimates the jobs, reads the contracts, and has been known to unload a truck.
Same company, same building, same people who build the booths and run the shows. When you rent a sofa from us, it comes out of a warehouse that also holds a CNC router, a spray booth and a graphics operation, and it goes out on a truck with a crew that installs for a living.

What we do ourselves
Design and CAD. Fabrication, with a real shop behind it: CNC, metal, paint, scenic. Print and graphics. Furniture, decor and lighting rental. Trucking, install and strike.
All of it under one roof means one quote, one schedule and one phone number. When something changes at 6pm the night before load-in, and something always does, you are not calling four companies to work out whose problem it is.
The inventory, and its condition
We own what we rent. It is not brokered, it is not drop-shipped from a partner yard, and we are not quoting you something we still have to go find.
Every piece is inspected between events, and when something needs work it goes to our own repair bench. Nothing ships unless it is in excellent condition. That is a checkable claim, which is exactly why we make it: ask us about the condition of a specific piece and you will get a straight answer.

Nationwide, and what that actually means
Delivery and install are part of the job, not an add-on you arrange separately. Your furniture leaves our warehouse, arrives inside your delivery window, gets placed to the floor plan by our crew, and gets struck at the end by the same people. If the job calls for it, we fly our people to the show.
Las Vegas or two thousand miles from it, that is the same promise. The only thing distance really changes is the trucking line in your quote, and we will show you that line instead of surprising you with it later.
