JET, LLC, doing business as JET Event Rentals (“JET,” “we,” “us”), operates this website at jet.furniture. JET Event Rentals is a division of JET, LLC, which also does business as JET The Agency. This policy explains what we collect through this site, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Our address is 3864 Silvestri Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120.

Information you give us

Quote requests. This site lets you build a rental list and submit it as a quote request. When you do, we collect the items you selected and the details you enter, which may include your first and last name, email address, phone number, company name, event type, event location, event start and end dates, how you heard about us, and anything else you write in the request. Submitting a quote request creates a zero-dollar request record in our system so we can track and respond to it. It is a request for pricing, not a purchase.

Contact form. When you use our contact form we collect the same categories of information you choose to enter.

We do not take payment through this website. The list you submit is a request for pricing, not a purchase, and this site has no checkout or payment step. We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank details, or other payment information through this site. If you become a customer, JET, LLC, our parent company, invoices and collects payment separately through its accounting provider, outside this website.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect information automatically when you visit. This includes your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site (for example a search engine, an email, or an advertisement), and general location at the city or region level.

  • Essential and shop cookies. Set by our website platform, WordPress with WooCommerce, to keep your rental list and session working. The site will not function correctly without them.
  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
  • Advertising and measurement. We use Google advertising services, including conversion tracking and remarketing. When you arrive from an advertisement, we store a Google click identifier and campaign details in first-party cookies named jet_gclid, jet_utm and jet_landing. These last up to 90 days and let us tell which advertisement led to an inquiry. They are only written when you arrive from a campaign.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your quote request or message, prepare pricing, and provide rentals and services
  • To operate, analyze, secure and improve the site
  • To measure advertising performance, including Google Ads conversion tracking
  • To communicate with you about your project and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of at any time
  • To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect our rights

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, customer relationship management, project management, email, analytics and advertising platforms. They may use it only to provide services to us.
  • Google, for advertising measurement. So we can tell which advertisements produce real inquiries, we share conversion information with Google. This may include a hashed version of your email address or phone number. Hashing converts the value into an irreversible code using the SHA-256 algorithm before it is sent, so Google does not receive your email address or phone number in readable form. Google states it uses this data to provide measurement services to us and does not share it with other advertisers.
  • Professional advisors, such as our lawyers and accountants
  • Government authorities where required by law, or to protect our rights
  • A successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Sharing for advertising. Under California law, using advertising cookies and sharing hashed identifiers with Google for advertising measurement may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though we receive no money for it. You can stop it at any time. See the next section.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

You can direct us not to share your personal information for advertising, whatever state you live in. Two ways:

  1. Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. The control there stops the advertising cookies on this browser and excludes you from any advertising measurement upload.
  2. Turn on a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser or extension. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request automatically, with no form to fill in.

You can also control advertising cookies through Google’s Ads Settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and learn about industry-wide opt-outs at the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sharing it for advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell certain covered information; we do not sell personal information for money. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below or use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorized agent.

Retention

We keep quote requests and inquiries for as long as needed to respond, to serve you if you become a customer, and to keep ordinary business records, and as long as the law requires. Advertising attribution cookies expire after 90 days.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Other websites

This site links to websites we do not control, including our related sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

International visitors

This site is operated from the United States and we serve customers nationwide. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
