What “Delivered Nationwide” Actually Means for Event Furniture

Plenty of rental companies put “nationwide” on the homepage. Then you ask them to furnish a lounge in Chicago and it turns into a freight quote from a third party, an install crew they found last week, and a lot of “we’ll confirm and get back to you.”

That’s not how we work. Here’s exactly what happens when you rent furniture from JET for an event that isn’t down the street from us.

We built this in the hardest delivery market in the country

JET is headquartered in Las Vegas, the trade show capital of the world. Almost nothing you see at a Vegas show actually lives in Vegas. It ships in, gets installed against a deadline that does not move, and ships back out days later. That’s the environment this company grew up in.

When you deliver into convention centers every week, the things that scare most vendors, marshalling yards, dock schedules, freight elevators, certificates of insurance, stop being surprises. They’re just Tuesday.

So when we take that same operation to Anaheim or Washington, DC or anywhere between, it’s not a special project. It’s the job.

How a nationwide order actually runs

  1. You tell us the city, the venue and the dates. That’s enough to start.
  2. We build the logistics into the quote. Trucking, delivery windows, venue requirements, all of it in one number. No surprise freight line showing up two weeks before load-in.
  3. Round-trip trucking. Your furniture leaves our warehouse, arrives inside your delivery window, and comes home the same way. We manage the trucks, you never talk to a carrier.
  4. Install and strike. Our crew places every piece to the floor plan, and comes back at the end to strike it. If the job calls for it, we fly our people to the show. We don’t hand your event to whoever answered a labor posting.
  5. One point of contact the whole way. One person who knows your order, your venue and your timeline, from quote to strike.

The questions planners actually ask us

Do you really deliver out of state? Yes. It’s most of what we do. We currently serve 36 markets coast to coast, Anaheim, CA to Washington, DC, and the list is growing. The team behind JET Event Rentals, JET The Agency, has produced 3,000+ events across 115+ world markets, including for 50+ Fortune 500 companies. If there’s a need, we go. Smaller markets just take more trucking to reach, and your quote will say so plainly instead of surprising you later.

Who sets it up? We do. Delivery and install are part of the job, not an add-on you arrange separately.

My venue has strict dock rules. Is that a problem? No. Send us the venue’s exhibitor or vendor kit and we’ll work inside it. We live in convention centers, we speak that language.

What if something arrives damaged? We own our inventory and every piece is inspected before it ships. If something still goes wrong on the road, you have one phone number and it’s ours, not a carrier’s claims department.

One vendor, one truck, one call

The real value of nationwide isn’t the map. It’s that your furniture, your delivery, your install and your strike all belong to one company that answers for all of it. Browse our collections to see what we’d be putting on that truck.

Tell us the city and the date. We’ll handle everything between here and there.
